In terms of the POPI Act, we advise that your information is not stored on the cloud but is stored electronically on our premises; hard copies of invoices, order forms and delivery notes are stored safely under lock and key.
We will retain and update your information from time to time and will not use your information for any purpose other than for our business interactions with third parties such as packaging and delivery companies.
Delivery companies will keep your delivery information (waybills) for up to five years. You may organise your own “pickup” if you do not agree with this practice.
We will never ask you for your ID number or banking details.
Your relevant emails, order forms and invoices are saved on our computer systems in the event of a query; they will be kept for a minimum of five years. A login and password are required to access our computers.
You are entitled to refuse to furnish us with your information but by ticking the relevant box on the order form. Please be aware that not sharing your information with us may affect our ability to engage with you.
